J.W.Electrcial Services Ltd was formed in 2003. Founder and Director Jon Wade started his career in 1989 with the Regional Electricity Company formerly known as the Southern Electricity Board (now SSE plc) and served a full four year apprenticeship, gaining a vast amount of experience in all types of domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installation works. After ten years as an electrician Jon studied for further qualifications and was promoted to an electrical engineer where he gained expertise in electrical design, estimating, contract and project management and quantity surveying.J W Electrical Services is registered with the NICEIC and has both Fully Approved and Domestic Installer accreditation. Our Domestic works come with an insurance backed warranty, with all Part P Domestic works being self certified and submitted to Building Control for Certification upon completion of the work. (please see the Domestic Section for details on Part P requirements)Regardless of the size and type of the job, Jon works closely with his client from the initial concept all the way through to the final completion and handover, taking pride in offering a complete service that is efficient, affordable and high quality.The company is fully compliant with all statutory requirements and currently hold Public and Employer's Liability insurance of £5m and £10m respectively.Periodic Inspection & TestingThe importance of regular inspection and testing of electrical installations is often overlooked. The wiring regulations stipulate it is a requirement the installer notifies the user the need for periodic inspection and testing. JW Electrical Services are experienced in undertaking inspection and tests of a wide range of installations and aim to provide a cost efficient and thorough service, working closely with the client to ensure works are carried out in a safe manner with minimum disruption.
